REOPENING this need to get more traction on additional candidates. Please note the rates on this job are increased from what we have in our contract.

We will look at providers willing to obtain their OR license. Process would need to be started ASAP! Those needing a license may not be able to start as soon as those licensed so if unlicensed we will look at a start date of 11 / 1.

Please ensure bids reflect the below :

• Guaranteed hours : 9 hours per day
• OT applies after 40 hours worked per week.

We can make any schedule work, so will leave some flexibility to any interested candidate. This is what we are thinking :

07 : 30-12 : 00 Paid Clinic- 4 patients / hour

12 : 00-12 : 30 Lunch unpaid

12 : 30-01 : 00 Paid Admin Time

01 : 00-04 : 00 Paid Clinic- 4 patients / hour

04 : 00-05 : 00 Paid Admin

1.5 Admin per day X 4 = 6 hours admin per week

30 patient care

36 hours total for 4 days a week.

Physicians will not need hospital privileges but will need to payor credentialed.

For orientation, we will have them shadow one of our MD's for a day, if they need EPIC help that will be arranged. Otherwise they will ramp up to 4 patients per day over a few week period.

We can start a provider as soon as they are confirmed and payor credentialed.

Rate $245 HR
