Fund Admin - Currency

We've partnered with a financial services firm who is seeking a Client Service Representative - Currency Admin to join its team. This position is responsible for the daily production, oversight, and client service support of Currency Administration mandates. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of operational procedures, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality service in a deadline-driven environment. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across regional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of all client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily operational tasks for an assigned portfolio of Currency Administration client relationships, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established procedures.

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing effective resolutions and maintaining strong client relationships.

Coordinate with regional offices to ensure seamless execution of daily deliverables and consistent service across global locations.

Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and operational expertise in all aspects of FX and Currency Administration processes.

Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to maintaining a culture of operational excellence and risk awareness.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Previous experience in fund accounting, foreign exchange operations, or financial services is highly desirable.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
