Senior Manager Engineering & Reliability

Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute Capital Annual Operating Plan across Business Units / multiple plant sites including :
- Ensure compliance with Capital Planning Governance, including preparation and presentation of major capital expenditures for Global Investment Council and Senior Leadership Team review
- Manage the full capital budget lifecycle, including creation, routing, approval, and closure
- Oversee FEL stage-gate process for major capital programs
- Oversee monthly capital tracking and reporting, consolidating data across functions to monitor performance against targets and drive informed decision-making
- Manage global engineering resources (Mech, EE, I&C, etc.) and ensure alignment with project timelines and business needs
- Drive reliability improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations by :
- Lead reliability projects grounded in OEE analysis and maintenance performance data
- Ensure supplier-provided documentation and readiness for new equipment, including spare parts lists, preventive maintenance schedules, and technical drawings
- Identify and implement predictive maintenance tools such as CMMS platforms and condition monitoring technologies
- Establish foundational systems and processes to scale reliability efforts across broader operations over time
- Lead cross-functional design reviews to ensure engineering solutions meet reliability, safety, and performance standards, driving early issue identification and resolution across product development cycles
- Own the FM Global Technical relationship; identify, lead and drive projects once aligned between Momentive and FM Global
- Collaborate with EHS, operations, and finance to ensure compliance and cost control
- With Technology team, evaluate new solutions and equipment to support operational growth
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering standards and reliability practices; develop internal written standards for the corporation
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; PE or PMP certification a plus10+ years of experience in capital project management and reliability engineeringExperience running complex >$5M capital projects and managing a team of engineers
