Job Description

BryceTech is currently seeking an experienced Contract Program Manager. This position will be supporting The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Chemical Biological Center (CBC). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, experience working with federal agencies, and a deep understanding of technical program management in research, development, test and / or evaluation. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success. The incumbent will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the workforce assessment project within the agency.

The person in this role will :

• Regularly work through the COR to resolve issues, receive technical instructions, and ensure excellence in performance of services
• Ensure that required deliverables are accurate, technically sound and provided to the customer within the specified time requirements per the contract
• Maintain regular communication with the client and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with DEVCOM CBC standards, regulations and values
• Rigorously monitor and report project progress, timelines, and budgets
• Identify and mitigate project risks while communicating with all stakeholders and program members using a data driven approach
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of teams, consisting of scientists and engineers, fostering collaboration and optimizing research and development outcomes
