Job description

Responsibilitati Responsabil pentru intreaga zona a receptiei, inclusiv sarcini precum :

  • Asistarea in realizarea corectăaa meniurilor tiparite la bord.
  • Solutionarea tuturor sarcinilor administrative conform directivele companiei.
  • Preluarea sarcinilor administrative ale Senior Receptionistului si Managerului de Hotel Urmarirea solicitarilor pasagerilor care au fost înaintate recepției.
  • Intocmirea situatiilor de vanzari din toate punctele de vanzare de la bord.

Co-responsabil pentru întreaga zona a recepției, inclusiv sarcini precum :

  • Organizarea si asigurarea realizarii procedurilor eficiente de check-in și check-out.
  • Implementarea si mentnerea standardelor companiei in cadrul departamentului de receptie Mentinerea unui flux corect de informatii la bord.
  • Inaintarea si arhivarea corecta a tuturor comenzilor de achizitii din partea departamentului de hotel in colaborare cu Managerul de Hotel.
  • Manipularea corecta a tuturor echipamentelor din zona receptiei, in special a tuturor dispozitivelor IT.
  • Mentinerea unei curatenii impecabile, igienei si ordinei in zona receptiei Realizarea unui control activ al costurilor si mentinerea bugetelor la receptie Asigurarea unui gestionari administrative corecte a sistemelor tip POS Pregatirea rapoartelor receptioneruluid e noapte Inregistrarea datelor si evaluarea inventarului, conform instructiunilor companiei.
  • Sustinerea activa a tuturor departamentelor, conform indicatilor Managerului de Hotel  Prezenta activa la evenimentele si ocaziile oficiale la bord.
  • Calificari Limba engleza la nivel avansat, cunostinte de limba germana-avantaj  Absolvirea unei forme recunoscute de scolarizare in industria hoteliera / servicii minim 2 ani intr-o pozitie similara Experienta cu sarcini administratrive Abilitati de lucru cu computerul, Microsoft Office Experienta cu metodele moderne de comunicare.
  • Experienta cu casele de marcat fiscale computerizate.
  • Cerinte prietenos onest independent abilitati de leadership flexibilitate aptitudini de abilitare obiectivitate abilitati excelente de comunicare rezistenta la stres Powered by JazzHR
