WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a member of Epic Flight Support, the Avionics Technician will repair, modify, install, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance of all Avionics systems with accuracy and minimal assistance. The technician will need to interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, wiring diagrams, system schematics, drawings, engineering orders, and other documents.Other expectations may include :

• Fabricate, upgrade, and routewire harnesses according to Engineering drawings and specifications
• Perform some avionics installations and set up
• Disassemble, assemble, and adjust electronic equipment
• Perform system-specific software loading
• Properly use Avionics hand tools
• Take immediate corrective action regarding unsafe conditions
• Other duties as assigned
