Quickly assesses and prioritizes patients with physical and mental health needs, delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities : Assess and manage pediatric patients in urgent and emergency situations. Prioritize care based on severity of injuries and medical conditions. Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality, evidence-based care. Float within the facility to similar units as needed (PICU, NICU, Triage, Tele).
