We’re looking for a Finish Technician to join our team of talented finishers who care about quality, teamwork, and craftsmanship. You’ll be the magic behind our beautiful cabinets—operating spray equipment, applying stunning finishes, and making sure every piece that leaves your hands is something to be proud of.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Spraying cabinets and components with hand-held spray equipment
• Applying stains by hand wiping, as well as pigmented primers and varnishes
• Glazing, sanding, and touching up pieces to perfection
• Tracking project progress and meeting daily production goals
• Collaborating with your team to keep the workflow smooth and efficient
• Keeping a sharp eye on quality, detail, and safety at every step
• Using our Innergy system to stay organized and keep jobs moving
