Job Duties :
Answer incoming customer inquiriesDocument a customer’s conversation during a callEngage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concernsOffer support and information to customers in accordance with the company's policies and call guidelines.Other duties as requestedJob Qualifications :
