Job Overview

We’re hiring an HVAC Apprentice to support our licensed HVAC technicians with installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced trade with a trusted company. This position involves no high-pressure sales; our focus is always the customer’s needs and providing exceptional service above all else.

Key Responsibilities

Assist HVAC technicians in daily tasks including installation, diagnostics, and repairs.

Learn how to safely use tools, equipment, and materials required for HVAC services.

Help transport equipment, tools, and materials to job sites.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.

Attend training sessions and actively participate in on-the-job learning.

Perform basic maintenance tasks as instructed (e.g. changing filters, cleaning components).

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Interest in HVAC or mechanical trades.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
