Reef has partnered with a growing restaurant group led by James Beard Award Winning Chef Galen Zamarra located in the heart of Park City, Utah, an internationally renowned ski destination. Together, we have developed two new concepts : a 100 seat brasserie and bar (Le Depot Brasserie) and a French pastry & coffee shop (Union Patisserie).

Position Overview :

As a Le Depot bartender, you'll be crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memorable experiences. You should find enjoyment in creating new and innovative cocktails, enhancing flavor profiles and pairing food and drinks .

Resp onsibilities :

• Warmly great guests that sit at the bar and welcome them to the restaurant
• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Learn and master Le Depot cocktail recipes
• Comply with all Utah DABC liquor laws & regulations
