Summary :
The Registered Nurse demonstrates competency in clinical nursing by practicing independently and showing a thorough understanding of all relevant aspects of patient care. Responsibilities :

- Provides comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Addresses the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
- Administers medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
- Documents patient information, including history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
- Assesses educational needs of patients and caregivers and provides necessary resources and guidance.
