What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive patient care in both English and Spanish.  Conduct exams, diagnose conditions, and create effective treatment plans.  Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed.  Educate patients on prevention, treatment options, and healthy living.  Collaborate closely with a supportive team of physicians and healthcare professionals.  Contribute to community outreach and health education initiatives.

What You Bring

Active California PA license and NCCPA certification DEA.  Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).  Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.  Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with experience in primary care or a specialty setting preferred.  Excellent communication and documentation abilities within Epic.  A compassionate, culturally sensitive approach to patient care.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physician Assistant located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Physician Assistant will provide high-quality patient care, including conducting patient assessments, diagnosing illnesses, developing and implementing treatment plans, and prescribing medications under the supervision of a licensed physician. The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. The Physician Assistant will also provide patient education and preventive care guidance.

Qualifications

Strong clinical diagnostic skills, patient assessment capabilities, and proficiency in developing treatment plans.

Knowledge in pharmacology, anatomy, medical procedures, and patient management.

Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with medical staff and patient interactions.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Current and valid Physician Assistant license and certification (e.g., NCCPA Certification).

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred.

Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is an advantage.
