Be

the LPN / LVN You've Always Aspired to Be

Qualifications

Current LPN / LVN licensure as required by state

regulations.

• CPR certification.

One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical

or general hospital setting is preferred.

Rehabilitation experience is preferred.
