Traveling Industrial Coating Superintendent

Supervise and coordinate all aspects of industrial coating projects, including surface preparation, application, and quality control. Lead and manage crews on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies. Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and resolve issues proactively. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure expectations are met. Oversee equipment and material usage, ensuring proper maintenance and inventory control. Enforce OSHA and environmental compliance standards. Provide training and mentorship to coating teams.

Work Environment :

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waseca, MN.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
