Job description

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP / PA)

Type : Full-Time, Outpatient

Experience : Experienced providers only (no new grads)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient practice. The provider will evaluate, manage, and treat patients under the guidance of the attending physician. Experience with Managed Care , Medicare Advantage , and HEDIS Coding is essential. Bilingual English / Spanish candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patient care.
  • Collaborate with the attending physician to establish treatment protocols and initiate therapy.
  • Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (No weekends or late hours).

Qualifications :

  • Active Florida License required.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with EMR / EHR systems preferred.
  • Experience with Managed Care , Medicare Advantage , and HEDIS Coding required.
