PAY : $17-18 per hr + up to $100 per lease for commission, uncapped (MAKE GREAT MONEY AT THIS 470 APARTMENT COMMUNITY!) SCHEDULE : Monday-Friday 8-5pm, flexible to work some Saturdays
LOCATION : Grandridge Apartments
We are looking for an Apartment Leasing Consultant with experience in property management, multifamily housing, and residential leasing. The role involves apartment rentals, lease administration, and tenant relations, with a strong focus on resident retention, customer service, and sales & closing leases. Daily responsibilities include conducting property tours, processing rental applications, and managing prospect follow-up while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and staying informed on market trends. Proficiency in property management software and a passion for leasing, community marketing, and delivering an exceptional resident experience are essential.

Skills That Will Make Us Call You :
Minimum of 6 months experience in multi-family housingMust have demonstrated computer skills and be able to navigate industry softwareBasic knowledge of local, state, and federal resident / property management laws / guidelinesHave excellent verbal and written communicationBe able to provide great customer service to our residentsWilling to complete online class training required by MonarchBi-lingual in Spanish preferredThe Day to Day of Leasing Agents :
Greets, assists, and attempts to lease apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community.Responsible for thorough knowledge of leasing techniques, sales methods, and policies and procedures of Monarch Investment and Management Group.Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment / s and target apartments are acceptable for showingResponsible for reporting to Property Manager market survey reports and shopping competition resultsMust be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the propertyAccepts and completes required application information from the prospective residents.Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where requiredMaintains all resident files both physical and digital in YARDIMaintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.Utilizes required telephone etiquette and techniques.Producing a daily "Hot Sheet" on current rental rates, sizes, locations, and all amenities of the property.Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate and relevantResponsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and / or other outreachContacts and follows-up with all apartment locator services and local business to provide informational materials.Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relation programConsistent and sustained adherence to Monarch Professional Behavioral StandardsAdditional assignments and projects as neededMonarch Investment and Management is a US family owned company that owns and manages over 77,000 apartments in 25 states.
