Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and effective physical therapist to help patients overcome movement limitations and enhance their overall quality of life. You will develop individualized treatment plans through collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving skills. The role may involve physical demands such as lifting and transferring patients, so be prepared to stay active throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement physical therapy programs aimed at improving mobility, relieving pain, increasing strength, and preventing deformities.
• Accurately document patient evaluations and progress.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and self-care exercises to be practiced at home.
• Ensure documentation adheres to departmental guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and assess the therapeutic progress of patients, making adjustments as necessary.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols during therapy sessions.
