A coastal North Carolina Healthcare System is seeking a Rheumatologist to join a thriving outpatient practice. The role involves working Monday through Friday, averaging 16 patients per day, with comprehensive benefits including a guaranteed salary, RVU bonuses, and 40 days PTO. The area offers a vibrant lifestyle with numerous water activities and excellent educational facilities.

A coastal North Carolina Healthcare System is seeking a Rheumatologist to join a thriving practice with three other board-certified Rheumatologists.

Practice Snapshot :

100% outpatient
Clinical hours are Monday-Friday (8 AM-5 PM).
Average 16 patients / day
Hospital-employed medical group providing a solid in-house referral base
The hospital is a 350-bed full-service medical center serving more than 400,000 people

Compensation & Benefits Packag e

Attractive 2-year guaranteed salary plus RVU production bonuses

Signing bonus

40 days PTO

Ten days CME with $7000 expenses.

$12,500 relocation allowance
