Modules are required to be done before start of assignment. Modules take on average 3-4 hours to complete.

TIME SPENT COMPLETING THE MODULES IS NOT BILLABLE 2 years experience in a healthcare setting required

Required certs : BLS & NPI # Also needs a CA OT license

HH requires a current driver's license & prof of automobile insurance.

four visits per day on average; combination of Evals and Revisits

Coverage area includes north-eastern Sac into Folsom

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : OT-CA(Copy needed)

Certifications : OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
