Compliance Auditor

A company is looking for a Compliance Auditor. Key Responsibilities Complete certification processing and review files within a strict 24-hour period Prepare client documents for audit reports and reconcile discrepancies Conduct remote file audits for clients while staying updated on affordable housing program changes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience / training Experience with Section 8, Section 42, HOME, Rural Development, or Tax Credit programs Understanding of local, state, and federal housing regulations and property management Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook Strong team orientation and ability to manage changing priorities
