Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City

Department : Operating Room Complex

Status : Full-Time (40 hrs / wk)

Shift : To be determined

Incentives :

  • No weekends or holidays.
  • This position is eligible for a Sign On Bonus, paid out over 2 years.
  • Shift differential $3.25 evenings / $4.00 nights / $4.00 weekends

Overview :

The operating room is made up of highly motivated and productive team members dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our community. Patient safety is of the utmost importance.  Our operating room provides a highly dynamic environment conducive to learning and growth. Interpersonal and professional relationships are valued between staff and physicians.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Licensure : Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and / or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
  • Experience : Must have a minimum of 1 year pf perioperative nursing experience.
  • Certifications : CNOR and RN-First Assistant class required within one year of hire / transfer. BLS / ACLS required within first year.
  • Preferred : CNOR Certification
