Dry Van Truck Driver, CDL-A

Job Overview

HMD Trucking is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers for Dry Van positions. We offer steady freight, strong pay, and full support for every mile.

Qualifications

Active CDL Class A license

Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience

No DUI / DWI in the last 5 years

No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years

No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents

Compensation and Bonuses

Solo Drivers

Base pay : 60 cents per mile

Safety and productivity bonus : up to 10 cents per mile

Home time : 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home

99% no touch

Weekly pay range : $1320-$2100

Team Drivers

Base pay : 77 cents per mile

Safety and productivity bonus : 5 cents per mile

Home time : 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home

99% no touch

Weekly pay range : $3200-$4500 (split)

Equipment

Drivers operate late-model trucks, including Peterbilt 579 and Freightliner Cascadia models, all less than 3 years old. Features include :

Automatic or manual transmission

High-roof sleeper cabins

Comfortable combo sleeper

Removable rider seat
