Job Description

Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination across multiple commercial projects. Handle submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and other documentation critical to project execution. Assist with managing subcontractors and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery. Help maintain project schedules and budgets while learning the ins and outs of full-cycle project management. Be stationed on-site or in the office depending on project needs, providing hands-on support to the field team. Contribute to project planning and problem-solving while growing into a leadership role. Collaborate with a close-knit team in a fast-growing, design-build environment.

The Successful Applicant

1-4 years of experience in construction, ideally in an APM or Project Engineer role. Brings a hardworking, self-motivated attitude and is eager to grow within a fast-paced GC environment. Holds a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred but not required). Comfortable handling RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and general project support tasks. Works well in a collaborative, team-oriented setting and enjoys a culture that values fun and family. Adaptable and open to learning, with a desire to take on more responsibility over time. Strong communicator, both in the field and in the office, with a proactive mindset.
