Schedule :   Monday-Friday 8 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 3 weeks

Responsibilities :

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
• Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
• Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
• Assist in coverage of a 24 / 7 emergency on-call system
