Superintendent- SP

Job Description

DPR Construction is seeking a Self-Perform Work Superintendent with at least 5+ years of commercial construction experience.

Requirements :

Superintendents will work closely with all members of the project team and supervise all craft employees and will be responsible for the following :

• Oversee, manage, and mentor Assistant Superintendents and Foremen
• Hire, inspire and grow our craft workforce.
• Objectively and respectfully deal with reductions in force.
• Lead DPR's Injury-Free Environment (IFE) Safety Program for this scope.
• Ensure quality of work matches project, jurisdictional and DPR standards.
• Work in a collaborative environment with other trade partners and project teams to ensure optimum production.
• Lead the problem-solving effort should safety, quality or production issues arrive within this scope.
• Professionally represent DPR Field Operations.
