Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while managing all unit functions during your shifts. Collaborating with our management team, you will provide leadership, support, and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a commitment to our core values and dedication to excellence in patient experiences and clinical outcomes.
Assist with patient admissions and discharges to enhance throughput and care quality.Participate in the ongoing evaluation of care quality within the unit.Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff to achieve better patient outcomes.Embrace a patient-first philosophy and handle service recovery when necessary.Support facility initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and patient care strategies.Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff, ensuring compliance with personnel policies.Manage staff scheduling and labor resources according to patient care demands.Oversee inventory control and effectively manage supplies and equipment.What Qualifications You Will Need :
Associate Degree in Nursing - RequiredBachelor's Degree in Nursing / BSN - Highly Preferred1+ years of experience in perioperative healthcare - Required1+ years in a leadership role - PreferredActive RN license as required or appropriate compact licensureValid BCLS Certification required upon employment (online certification not acceptable)ACLS, PALS, or other certifications as required for the unitSurgicare has been proudly serving our community since 2000, providing exceptional care with state-of-the-art technology in a modern facility.
