Key Responsibilities Assist with registration, insurance verification, authorization, and price estimation Confirm patient identity and ensure compliance with Medicare medical necessity and billing requirements Navigate and interpret information from various payers to ensure accurate claims processing and billing Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; post high school training or associate degree preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer relations role required Minimum of 1 year of healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred Knowledge of medical terminology desired Excellent computer skills are required
