Job Title : Speech and Language Pathologist

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care

License : Massachusetts Speech and Language Pathologist License required

Certifications : Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required; BLS (AHA)

Must-Have :

• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Master or Doctorate Degree in Speech and Language Pathology
• Knowledge of and familiarity with rehabilitation equipment including communication aids and devices

Description :

The Speech and Language Pathologist is responsible for providing speech therapy services to clients.

The primary function is the provision of direct patient care.

Collaboration with other team members is essential.

Participation in the development of the patient’s comprehensive plan of care is expected.

Candidates must have their own vehicle.

Clinical Fellow candidates are accepted.

Requested time off must be noted and verified during the profile upload process.

No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.

Holiday coverage is required, including two of the specified holidays.
