    Job Description

    • Manage the full project lifecycle of healthcare construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
    • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and owners to ensure timely project delivery
    • Oversee and enforce compliance with all AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) and healthcare construction regulations
    • Provide regular progress reports, manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
    • Lead weekly project meetings and maintain constant communication with clients and stakeholders

      The Successful Applicant

    • 5+ years of experience managing healthcare construction projects, ideally with AHCA-compliant work
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and healthcare facility requirements
    • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
    • Proficient in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
