Job Responsibilities

• Develop Customized Treatment Plans : Assess patient needs comprehensively to create individualized therapy strategies that empower them to reach their functional objectives

• Collaborate with Multi-Discplinary Teams : Work closely alongside other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure holistic, integrated care
• Educate Patients and Families : Provide clear instructions to patients and their caregivers about therapeutic techniques that support continuity of care beyond the clinic
