Superintendent – Multifamily

Orange County, CA – On-Site Position

$150,000-200,000 base salary + benefits

We are partnered with a leading Multifamily Developer in Los Angeles that has established a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the region. With an active pipeline of large-scale developments, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a Multifamily background to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a construction professional to play a key role in the delivery of complex, high-value Multifamily projects while working with a company known for its forward-thinking approach & long-term stability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations on large Multifamily construction projects, ensuring safety, quality & efficiency
• Lead coordination of subcontractors with a focus on drywall & interior finishes
• Ensure all work is executed according to plans, specifications, schedules & budget requirements
• Collaborate with project management, design teams & ownership to achieve on-time project delivery
• Maintain strong site documentation & reporting to stakeholders
