IDR is seeking a UAT Support Analyst to join one of our top clients in Nashville, TN. This role plays a key part in a large system implementation, providing coordination and governance support during the User Acceptance Testing phase. Position Overview / Responsibilities for the UAT Support Analyst :

Support the UAT Lead by coordinating daily testing activities with the state agency, IT partners, and system integrators.
Maintain UAT plans and track defects, including scheduling triage meetings.
Prepare status updates on testing progress, defects, and risks.
Develop templates and guidance to support client enablement and long-term UAT governance.

Required Skills for UAT Support Analyst :

3-5+ years of professional experience in business analysis, software testing, or quality assurance on system implementation projects.

Proven experience in supporting or coordinating UAT efforts for large-scale software or system implementation projects.

Hands-on experience with defect management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or SpiraTest.

Strong stakeholder coordination skills across multiple teams, including clients and technical teams.

Experience on public sector or government IT projects is highly desirable.
