Location : Remote (first 6 months) → then Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 remote) in Las Vegas, NV

What You’ll Do
Drive New Business : Identify, target, and win new clients in the dental industry
Build Relationships : Develop long-term client partnerships that foster trust and retention
Strategize for Growth : Craft and execute business development plans that hit and exceed goals
Know the Market : Stay ahead of trends and competitors to spot opportunities
Collaborate : Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Track Success : Use data to evaluate performance and continuously improve
What You Bring
5+ years in business development, sales, or account management (staffing / healthcare is a plus)
Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong relationship-building skills with clients at all levels
CRM and sales software proficiency
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
