The Staff Management | SMX team in Lafayette, IN is hiring Automotive Porter and Assembly Associates! We are looking for associates who can perform hands-on work to support the efficient movement, processing, and customization of vehicles.

Employment Types : Full Time.

Pay Rate : $17.00 - $22.00 / hour

Duties :

• Within the team, associates will specialize as Vehicle Processors, Rail Processors, Ramp Installers, Drivers, Heavy Accessories Installers, and Light Accessory Installers
• Team members will be responsible for tasks such as inspecting and preparing vehicles for shipment, installing accessories ranging from basic interior features to large external components, setting up ramps and bridge plates for safe vehicle movement, loading vehicles onto railcars, and transporting vehicles within terminal grounds.

Position Requirements :

Requirements : Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education : HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $22.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
