We are looking for a motivated Membership Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for growing our memberships and creating exceptional experience for current and prospective members. Customer service skills are a must and availability to work a varied schedule including some evenings and weekends. Earn commissions and bonuses on top of pay based on performance.

Responsibilities :

• Manage Member Reception desk.
• Conduct gym tours to guests and potential members.
• Execute new member sales and orientations.
• Stay up-to-date on company pricing and promotions
• Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests
• Provide a high-level of customer service to all members and prospective members
• Help enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring facility is clean and safe

Qualifications :

Compensation : $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
