Job Title : Site Construction & Commissioning Lead

Location : Juno Beach, FL

Job Type : Long-term contract

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction work performed by contractors and / or vendors at the project site.
• Assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance on the project.
• Manage walk downs of planned work and validate acceptance of completed work to design requirements.
• Approve contractor payment requests and verify constructability.
• Ensure proper resource allocations, assess field status, and resolve issues as needed.
• Oversee scope control, budget oversight, performance reporting, schedules, and work in progress.
• Ensure Construction Supervisors are effectively implementing their assignments and achieving desired results.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Construction Supervisors and supplemental workforce.
• Communicate departmental, station, and division goals, validating each performer's ability to influence those goals.
• Act as a bridge between field operations and customer leadership, ensuring alignment between construction crews and project stakeholders.
• Address logistical challenges, resolve conflicts, and maintain progress of construction activities.
• Survey and observe contractor Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) practices.
• Provide coaching, direction, and corrective action as needed.
