Description of the role :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced F AND I Manager to join Morristown Nissan in Morristown TN. The F AND I Manager will be responsible for overseeing automotive financing and insurance processes as well as building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in automotive financing and insurance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guidance through the financing process.
• Negotiate finance terms and work to close deals efficiently.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
• Monitor finance and insurance performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
