Join the KidStrong Livermore Team as Assistant General Manager! Location : Livermore, CA Reports To : General Manager Compensation : $20 - $25 per hour (Bonus Eligible)

Schedule : Typical schedule includes 4 weekdays (approx. 11a to 8p) and 1 weekend day (approx. 8 : 45a to 5 : 45p). Specific hours are dependent on center needs. Rotating weekend days.

KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical, and character development for ages 15 months through 11 years old. We offer a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.

Key Responsibilities

As the Assistant General Manager (AGM), you will balance the roles of Coach, Leader, and Center Operator :

Coaching (Minimum 12 hours / week)

• Deliver and execute a world-class program focused on Brain, Physical, and Character development for students aged 15 months 11 years old.
• Maintain a dynamic, fun, motivational, and professional demeanor when leading class.
• Achieve Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
• Lead weekly center staff programming meetings and required training.
• Comfortably and safely work with children, including physically assisting to ensure proper technique and safety (requires ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs of equipment).
