Construction Project Manager (Ground-up Construction)

Position Overview : Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in ground-up construction and proven proficiency with Procore project management software. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of commercial and / or industrial construction projects from initial planning through completion ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities :

• Plan coordinate and manage all aspects of ground-up construction projects including scheduling budgeting and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams and collaborate with architects engineers subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Utilize Procore to manage project documentation RFIs submittals change orders and progress tracking.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules cost estimates and financial forecasts.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress quality control and compliance with safety standards.
• Review and negotiate contracts purchase orders and subcontractor agreements.
• Identify potential risks or issues early and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with company standards client requirements and local building codes.
• Lead progress meetings with internal teams and clients to report status milestones and budget updates.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to promote satisfaction and repeat business.
