Compensation & Benefits Overview :

Tiered Collections Model : Competitive compensation based on a monthly collections structure, providing unlimited upside potential.

Guaranteed Base Salary – Year 1 : $33,333 / month minimum or tiered collections—whichever is greater—while building your patient base.

Student Loan Assistance : $2,000 / month for the first year to offset loan payments during the ramp-up period.

Relocation Support : Flexible and negotiable to ensure a smooth transition.

Continuing Education : $2,500 annual CE allowance to support advanced training and professional development.

Paid Time Off : Four (4) weeks annually.
