About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Profession : Nursing

Shift : Nights

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : 2 years recent Med Surg Rehab experience required. Charge RN experience required. Previous travel experience (at least 3 months) required.

License : Valid state nursing license in Vermont

Certifications : ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

Must-Have : BSN preferred. Must have own vehicle.

Description :

Please do not upload candidates who desire to work in conjunction with another permanent placement or travel assignment.

Candidates should not request scheduling accommodations.

May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse.

Responsible for coordinating total nursing care for patients.

Participates in patient and family teaching.

Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

Familiarity with EMR systems is required.

Nurse to patient ratio is 1 to 4 or 5.

Average daily patient census is 22.

Requested time off during this assignment must be noted and verified at upload.

No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.

Local travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this need.

This position requires having your own vehicle.

This is a firm requirement.

Every other weekend and holidays may be required if needed.
