Responsibilities : Responsibilities : Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plank of care, as well as physician’s treatment plan. Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager. Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)Monitor resident’s conditions and report accordingly. Qualifications : A graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursingCurrently licensed by PA State Board of Nursing Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety and effective communication.​Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
