  • Physical Therapist
  • , you will engage in a range of fulfilling responsibilities. You will assess patients within either inpatient or outpatient settings, assisting them by developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs. By focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and overall function, you will play a pivotal role in their recovery journey. Collaboration will be key - working alongside nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehab professionals to optimize patient outcomes is part of daily life here. Additionally, you will educate patients and their families about therapeutic goals while documenting progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards. Your qualifications are equally important, and they include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited program, paired with state licensure as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification is preferred, along with specialized certifications in fields like geriatrics or neurology, although these aren't required. Previous experience is strongly preferred, alongside the ability to manage complex medical cases with compassion and clarity, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in digital charting systems.
