Purpose

Prepare the premix acid tank solution and recycle used drawing soaps. Clean assigned areas. Reports directly to the General Foreman / Shift Foreman.

Job Responsibilities

• Sweep floors, clean machines, and mix acid tank solution.
• Deliver the premixed acid tank solution to the designated lines.
• Recycle used drawing soap.
• Review, understand, and follow the departmental procedures, EW Specifications, SSW.
• Specifications, and Plant Rules and Regulations that are associated with the performance of this job.
• Obey all safety rules, maintain the cleanliness of the work area, and perform other duties as assigned by the General Foreman / Shift Foreman.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy.
