  • WorkdirectlywithaRegionalManagerorRegionalVicePresidentgainingvisibilityintomulti-branchleadershipanddecision-makingatscale.
  • Leadahigh-visibilitycapstoneproject(examples : growthstrategyoperationalefficiencycustomerexperienceinnovation)thatintegrateslearningfrompriorphases.
  • Presentoutcomesandrecommendationstotheexecutiveleadershipteamatprogramcompletion.

    ProgramRequirements

  • MBAdegree completed(orfinalyearwithinternshippathway).
  • 2-3yearsofpriorexperience inoperationssupplychainsalesorcommercialroles(distributionorindustrialpreferred).
  • Demonstratedleadershippotentialwiththeabilitytoinspireandmanageteams.
  • Stronganalyticalcommunicationandcollaborationskills.
  • Comfortablewithambiguityandfast-pacedenvironments.
