Private Duty Nurse (RN or LPN) for a 17 yo female, with G / J-tube and bi-pap in Westminster, MD.

The following shift(s) are available for this case :

Monday nights : 10P-6A

Job Responsibilities :

• Working one-on-one in the client's home
• Complete nursing assessment
• Administer medication & and treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care
• Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner
