What you will do :
- Run end-to-end incident management : monitor alerts, lead bridge calls, drive root cause, coordinate teams, and close out problem records.
- Review past incidents to identify false escalations or missed early detections; train support teams on improved handling and escalation criteria.
- Partner with app, infra, and leadership teams to refine alerting, escalation flows, and communication during high-impact events.
Who you are :
25 years hands-on incident management experience (triage, escalation, major-incident command) with ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow, PagerDuty / OpsGenie, Nagios / DataDog.
