Job description

Job Description

Adelphi is seeking for a licensed and experienced Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental services, including routine and advanced care to residents at a facility in Limestone County, Texas. The ideal candidate will implement best and safe practices in treatment and elevate the oral hygiene of all individuals served.

Requirements : -

  • Must be licensed as a dentist by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners
  • Must have current unrestricted registration certificate from the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)
  • Must possess a National Provider Identifier (NPI#)
  • Must Complete all pre-employment training mandated by the agency and facility

    • Responsibilities

  • Provide dental services  including advanced dental care and treatment to elevate the oral hygiene of all individuals.
  • Implement best and safe practices in treatment.
  • Provide timely, and accurate charting of clinical encounters using our electronic medical and dental records of the residents with intellectual disabilities.
  • Written treatment plan with justification of irreversible dental treatments.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Maintain effective communication with staff, residents, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate organization of patient records, schedules, and logistics.
  • Present clinical and procedural information clearly to teams and relevant parties.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
