Day in the Lifeof a Dietary Aide :

As a DietaryAide you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receivehigh-quality meals and nutritional support. Your responsibilities will include :

Meal Preparation : Skillfully preparing meals snacks and beveragesfollowing specific procedures.

Food Service : Serving meals with meticulous attention to food safety andhygiene procedures. Menu Planning : Collaborating with Chefs Dietitians

and Doctors to plan nutritious and balanced menus.

Report safety and sanitation concerns of kitchen equipment and structureto Dietary Manager and Maintenance Manager.

Follows food safety and sanitation guidelines per company policy andstate and federal codes and regulations.

Sets / clears dining room tables for meals.

Sets up and deliver the food carts to the appropriate resident unit.

Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and other areas where food is storedand / or served (including dining room).

Carries out responsibility for delivery storage including labelingand appropriate utilization of food supplies.

Must be able to perform dishwashing duties as needed.

Attends and participates in scheduled in-service training.

Other duties responsibilities and activities may change or be assignedat any time.

Requirements :

MUST be a team player

High School diploma or equivalent preferred

1 year of experience in a large-scale cookingoperation preferred

Reliable transportation; minimal travel forfacility supplies
